Step 2 - Start your Basic Training Silver Wings

1. Log onto your company website.

2. Click on Eduction Tab.

3. Click on Silver Wings Scholar.

4. Click on New Consultants.

5. Complete the New Consultant over the next few days.  Receive a prize once this step is completed.

6. To Claim Prize: Click HERE to activate the Prize Claimer and request your Silver Wings Scholar Certificate - New Consultant.

 

Step 3 - What to Say at At Your First Party

1. Watch a fellow consultant do a party.  In addition, we have online videos you can access by clicking HERE to view the videos.   

2. Watch the party that came in your starter kit, it's a DVD.  Take notes and practice.

 

Step 4 - How to Book Appointments

1. I have several excellent scripts that you can use to book appointments.  Check out the "Getting New Leads" tab under training to have access to our "magical scripts." You can also contact me about getting together, in person or via Google Hangout, to do a Booking Blitz and I will help you use the scripts and share with you the booking tips and words that will build your skills so that you are NEVER short of new leads and business.

2. You'll will need to know how to book two parties from every party you hold and get TONS of referrals from ALL your appointments.  To learn,  click on Training. Click on Holding Parties & Facials.

 

Step 5 - Your First 30 Day Challenge - Most Important

You have two very simple jobs as a beauty consultant.  To share our amazing, award-winning products with women and to share the incredible business opportunity with women.  So you have two training challenges to complete in the first 30 days.

 

Book 10 Practice Parties with 3-6 women to be held in your first 30 days.

Not sure what to say?  Use the scripts from Step 4.  This practice will build your confidence and skills.  If you book 10 parties, your goal should be to hold 5 parties.  50% of parties typically will cancel or reschedule, so holding 5 is the goal.    

 

Book 10 Practice Sharing Appointments.

A sharing appointment is when we ask a woman to give us feedback on our business opportunity.  Our beloved founder always asked us to pass this amazing opportunity onto others.  

 

A Sharing Appointment can be held one of three ways:

1.  By conference call: We will set up a time you, your prospect, and I can all talk via phone and we will share what we love about our businesses and why most women choose to join our amazing company and remarkable team.

2.  In person: You can meet her for coffee to share the opportunity. If you all are local to me, I will treat us all to coffee and I will help train and support you as you build your team!

3.  By phone: She can call in to one of our weekly Marketing Conference Calls.  The Live conference calls are every Wednesday at 9:00 pm at 712-432-1620, access code 431101#.  Ask them to press *6 to mute, especially if they have a lot of background noise.

 

Don't Miss out on your prize.

Step 6- Open a seperate Checking Account

Open a separate personal checking account to keep your personal and business accounts seperate.  This is helpful when it comes to tax time.

 

Step 7 - Attend Your First Local Meeting

Attend a local meeting every week.  You'll receive your hands on New Consultant Training Classes during these short 2 hour events.  Dress for success in a skirt or dress for all events.

 

These fun events are put on every week by local directors in your area for all local consultants to be trained, inspired, and to grow amazing friendships.  If you want to make your business work for you, then this event is a requirement every week.  It's recommended to NEVER miss this event.  It is the key to your success.  Most consultants will treat this event like they do a job.  They are there every single week.  It's the best way you can spend 2 hours of your time once a week.  And you can always bring guests along for a makeover, so you can earn while you learn.

 

If you live close to Wilmington, NC: We have a Tuesday Night Live meeting at the Star Studio every Tuesday from 6:30-8:15 at 20 S. Cardinal Drive in Wilmington, 28403. It is always a slamming, good time!

 

If you are out of town (many of you are): Let me know 5 towns you'd be able to travel to and I will find you an awesome local director to adopt you plus an incredible event you can attend in your area.  

 

Step 8 - Get Your Website Set Up & Order Business Cards

Visit your company website.  This is your behind the scenes free website which gives you access to all things for your business.  It runs your entire business including ordering, customers and education.  Our company is one of the MOST tech savvy companies in the world, so take advantage of our incredible Website and Apps!

 

Sign up for your personal website.  Your clients will be able to shop 24/7 with you. Cost is $30 for the first year.  

 

Order your business card kit.  You can purchase your business card kit by clicking on the Ordering Tab and going to MK Connections on your company website.

 

Step 9 - Accept Credit Cards

Visit your company website.  Sign up for Propay which will give you the ability to take credit cards.  Propay is $39.95 for the year.  You can sign up by going to Ordering.  Click Propay.  Click Sign Up.  

 

Step 10 - Become Color Confident

Our company seriously has an amazing training program for all of our skincare products and colors!  Complete this training program and you can put the Color Confident Logo on your Business Cards so everyone will know you are a Color Expert!

1. Visit your company website.

2. Click the Products tab.  

3. Click Product Central.  

4. Click Color Confident.  Once the program opens, the links are at the top of the page in Light Pink.  Click a category to begin.  

5. To Claim Prize: Click HERE to activate the Prize Claimer and request your Color Confident Certificate.

Step 11 - Get Awards and Ribbons!  Weekly Accomplishment Sheet!!

Once a week you will submit your weekly accomplishments for recognition and to receive Bonus Bucks and ribbons.  You can submit Weekly Accomplishment sheets online.

1. Visit your intouch website.

2. Click on Business Tools.

3. Scroll to Weekly Accomplishment Sheets.

4.  Enter in your sales for the week and remember to submit them to me, your director.

5.  Send them every Sunday, even if you sold nothing for the week because a tracked number grows.  If you want more money from your sales and more bookings, start tracking them!  

 

And Out of State Consultants, you can send weekly accomplishments to me plus to your adopted director.  

 

Step 12 - Pat yourself on the back! You are one Motivated New Consultant!  You are headed to the top! Congratulations!!!  Now let me treat you to something yummy or something pretty!! :)
